A major part of THIEL’s heritage is customer service. Even for speakers well beyond warranty coverage, we are often able to restore them back to original cosmetic and mechanical working condition. Sometimes this involves shipping the entire speaker back to us for service, but we can also simply provide parts, or repair your existing parts for re-installation by you or your chosen technician.
