How do I turn on/off my speaker?
First make sure the speaker is fully charged and plugged into a reliable power source. Hold the Power button down for two seconds, and then release. To turn off, hold down the Power button for five seconds or until you see the lights turn off.
How do I connect my speaker to Bluetooth?
Select the Bluetooth icon using the Source button. After the icon begins flashing orange, look for the speaker name in your device’s Bluetooth settings. Once your device is connected, the light will change to a solid blue.
How do I connect my speaker to Wi-Fi?
Make sure your speaker is turned on, and select the Wi-Fi option via the Source button. The Wi-Fi indicator light should pulse slow and steady until connected.
How do I network my speakers?
We recommend connecting speakers to the Play-Fi app one at a time. Start by downloading the Play-Fi app to your phone or tablet. Next, open the Wi-Fi settings on your device and select "Play-Fi Device" from the available options. Once you are connected, the Play-Fi software will automatically find your speaker and connect it to the network for you. Once your setup is complete, you can name your speaker and get the party started!
What is DTS Play-Fi?
Play-Fi is the application used to network your speakers together. For more information on Play-Fi, visit www.play-fi.com.
Does my speaker have to be plugged in to work?
The Aurora Home must be plugged in. The Aurora Tour can be unplugged and has a battery life of approximately eight hours when fully charged.
What does the EQ switch on the back do?
The EQ switch is used to adjust and control the bass output. The top switch represents the speaker sitting in an open area. The middle switch represents the speaker backing up to a large object or a wall. The bottom switch represents the speaker sitting in a corner.

Hold the "Setup" button for eight seconds until you hear two chimes.
How do I connect my speaker to a record player?
Connect your record player with an AUX cable using the Line-in function on the back of the speaker. Once your turntable is plugged in, you can use the Play-Fi app to broadcast to other speakers.
How long before my speakers go into sleep mode?
Your speaker will go into sleep mode after approximately 15 minutes of idleness.
How long does it take to fully charge?
We recommend charging for at least eight hours or overnight.
What’s the battery life for the Tour model?
When fully charged, the battery life will last for approximately eight hours.
What is the function of the USB port on the back of my speaker?
The function of the USB port is for service and software updates only.
If Play-fi still isn’t finding my product, what do I do?
If Play-fi is not recognizing your device, first exit the application and then restart the app. If that doesn’t work, restart your speaker via the “Setup” button.
