Brett Gideon of New Zealand's New Zealand's premier hi-fi, home theatre and new technology magazine TONE jumped at the chance when THIEL distributor Denco Audio in Christchurch invited him over to hear a THIEL system featuring the newest floorstanding loudspeaker, the CS3.7.
Gideon writes in his review, "
I asked Mike to tee up another of my favourites, ‘Keith
Don’t Go’ by Nils Lofgren from his Acoustic Live album. I
love acoustic guitar and this song never fails to make me
smile, but hearing it here almost made my face crack in
half. I swear that it sounded like Nils was hidden behind
the wall-hanging rug, treating us to a live show. In a
word: stunning."
TONE Magazine also awarded the CS3.7 a "Best of 2007" award in the floorstanding speaker category.
