The Beauty on the Outside
Choose this service if you only have light scratches and scuffs on the surface of the cabinet that diminish the visual appeal of the speakers. Your speakers have probably been pretty well cared for, but they've been scuffed up a bit. Or, perhaps you purchased a demo or used pair in "pretty good" condition for a great price, and you want them brought back up to new condition. Maybe you're trying to freshen them up for sale. You will be amazed at what a difference a gentle sanding and fresh coat of lacquer will do to the appearance of your speakers.
The Master's Touch
Your speakers have more than a few scuffs. They have some deep scratches, and rounded or smashed corners and edges. They've lived through a lot, maybe got damaged in a recent move, but you shouldn't give up on them. For your THIELs that are in fair to poor condition, let Rob give them a full service refinish. You won't believe they're the same speakers when you get them back.

Extreme Master Makeover
This is a special case category for speakers that need intensive care. Maybe they fell down the stairs, survived a hurricane, or incurred some serious damage during shipping. Quite frankly, you were going to consider them a total loss until you found this web page. They're probably beyond looking like new ever again, but on a scale of 1-10, we can probably make them an 8 or 9. Let us give you an estimate. Even with this type of severe damage, they're worth saving.
It's All About the Sound
All speakers that enter this building get a full sonic evaluation. We can rebuild or replace the vast majority of our drivers, and all of our crossovers all at very reasonable prices. Perhaps you have some dented drivers or dust caps, or maybe your speakers are distorting. We will give you a sonic restoration estimate in addition to the cosmetic estimate. Or, if you don't care about the cosmetics of the speakers, we can do a sonic only restoration. Even THIELs from our earliest days still amaze us with their ability to beautifully play music.
