THIEL is seeking a full time person for shipping, receiving, inventory control and materials management. Some experience in purchasing is beneficial but not required. This person must be organized and detail oriented and must be comfortable with and have working knowledge of computers. THIEL uses both Mac and PC programs, including UPS World, Outlook and an Excel based purchasing program.
In this small company environment, this person must be a team player and able to work cooperatively with all levels of staff and be willing to work in any area of production upon request as well as have a friendly and positive attitude, with a strong work ethic.

Description
Produce a wide variety of printed materials and web content and develop and implement internet strategies via our website and other social media to develop sales leads.
Critical Duties and Responsibilities
This individual will research, write, design, layout, edit, update and coordinate the publication of web content, product brochures, magazine ads, owner's manuals, press releases, posters, trade show exhibit materials, training manuals, newsletters and other materials. This person is also responsible for print quality, costs and management of printed materials.
This individual is responsible for the strategic vision and management of the THIEL website to ensure that it is accurate, up-to-date, and accomplishing its primary goal of developing sales leads. This person is responsible for the use, interactivity, links and routine maintenance on the website. This person determines updates and time schedules, provides reports on website performance as well as the performance of e-mail or electronic ad campaigns using such tools as Google analytics.
This individual will be responsible for and proficient at driving sales leads through any and all available social media such as Facebook, Twitter, e-newsletters, blogs and postings.
This individual is required to support THIEL’s press/PR needs and domestic and international dealers and distributors in marketing the THIEL brand: supplying images, creating discs and proactively contributing creative ideas for overall promotion of THIEL products and launching new products worldwide.
This person will attend several trade shows each year.
Minimum Qualifications
Good knowledge of graphic design, computer graphic design techniques and Adobe print and web publishing software. Experience writing copy, creating and designing artwork and digital files. Familiar with print and photographic quality, costs, and management of printing and photographic processes. Good management skills for identifying, interviewing, and managing outsourced providers.
Specialty Areas
This person should have good knowledge of promotion and marketing concepts in the audio industry with experience in the following areas:
1) Skills in image/photo creation, optimizing, cropping, and slicing using Adobe Photoshop;
2) Proficient in page layout and composition skills using Adobe InDesign
3) Proficient using HTML editing software such as Dreamweaver;
4) Knowledge of HTML, XHTML, and CSS. Javascript, Flash, and 3D animation skills a plus;
5) Knowledge of cross-browser and cross-platform issues; experience working on a Mac platform;
6) Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products;
7) Video editing desirable;
8) Photography skills desirable.

THIEL Audio is seeking a part-time Senior Accountant to be responsible for applying accounting
principles and procedures to analyze financial information, prepare accurate and timely financial
reports and statements and ensure appropriate accounting control procedures.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly
and annual accounts.
• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
• Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
• Prepare financial management reports
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
• Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
• Continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities
• Monitor and support taxation issues
• Develop and maintain financial data bases
• Financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process
• Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
• Analyze and advise on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends,
financial commitments and future revenues
• Analyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient usefo resources and
procedures, provide strategic recommendations and maintain solutions to business and

We are seeking an experienced, mature, and competent Technical Support and Service Manager who can meet or exceed the expectations of highest quality and service our customers have come to expect. A person with experience working in audio sales or technical support is a plus as well as some background in quality customer service.
The Technical Support and Service Manager will report to the Director of this department, Gary Dayton. This person is responsible for the execution of THIEL’s overall customer service and technical support needs to ensure optimal benefit and assistance to all THIEL customers, including THIEL dealers, distributors and end-users. Because of our long-standing commitment to highest standards of customer service and because it is a frontline position, this work is of critical strategic importance to THIEL and demands excellence in a number of areas.
Critical Duties and Responsibilities
This person must be able to provide high quality written and oral advice and information on subjects relating to the design, construction, setup and use of THIEL speakers as well as associated equipment for our customers, both domestic and foreign, who own or plan to own THIEL speakers.
This person must be knowledgeable of and ensure the proper functioning and operation of all audio/video systems and any related equipment at the THIEL factory and at any outside functions such as trade shows. In addition, this person will assume overall responsibility for trade show organization and planning, including the exhibit room and audio system setup.
This person will answer telephone calls and emails from customers requesting information or advice, or who are experiencing a problem with their THIEL speakers or the related system.
This person is responsible for entering and tracking all Return Authorizations, parts orders, literature, invoices and payments, and accurately and promptly generating the proper reports for management.
This person should be effective and knowledgeable at conducting factory tours, performing quality demonstrations of THIEL speakers, and assisting in training of dealers and distributors who visit the THIEL factory.
This person will assist in the sales department on an as-needed basis in dealer communications and dealer training, whether at THIEL or at the dealer's store. Some travel is required.
This person will review trade publications for articles of interest, and distribute them to appropriate personnel.
Skills/Capabilities/Technical:

*Very good judgment skills in implementing warranty policies to satsify both management and customer needs

We are seeking a very high quality individual with a strong technical background in loudspeaker design and testing to provide us with critical assistance in our engineering/manufacturing operations.
Critical Duties and Responsibilities
This person would have expert knowledge of setup, operation and programming of loudspeaker measurement systems such as SoundCheck, LMS and TEF to work with our manufacturing/engineering staff to develop new or improved processes for loudspeaker driver and system testing, and be able to troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions.This person would work with others in the design, prototype fabrication and testing of drivers, crossovers and loudspeaker systems for new product development.
Skills/Education Required
We require a Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or the equivalent in technical experience or other relevant technical education.
This person should have extensive experience and knowledge with loudspeaker driver designs, crossover designs, and acoustical measurement systems.This person must have a strong work ethic, be a team player, have a friendly and positive attitude, and care about doing an excellent job for our company, business partners, and customers.
